How do I change my expired ICBC Password? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Your Logon will be set to expired if you are accessing an application for the first time, or the help desk has reset your password, or your password has simply expired with time. If you are accessing your application for the first time or have had your password reset then you will have been given a temporary password. The 'Expired Password' screen:
The following message appears if either your Logon id (Username) or your
Old Password was incorrect:
The following message appears if your New Password is invalid. Note that a password may be invalid if it has already been used recently or if it is not complex enough, i.e. less than 8 characters:
Once the password has been successfully
changed the user must login into the application again. The application may, at this point, provide you with a link to the URL or your application:
... or the application will simply prompt you to restart your application:

What does Account Locked out mean? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

If your receive the following message then your acount has been locked out due to too many invalid password attempts. You must contact the ICBC Help desk to have your password reset.

If your receive the following message then you do not have access to run this application. You must contact the Adminstrator responsible for this application at ICBC:
