Glass Express

ICBC Glass Express Service is a program that will identify glass repair facilities to ICBC customers. These facilities maintain high standards in product expertise, business practices and have an excellent business relationship with ICBC. The purpose of this program is to ensure that our mutual customer, the vehicle owner, receives cost-effective automotive glass repair/replacement work that meets the highest industry standards for safety and quality.

This program is voluntary and open to ICBC glass suppliers in the province that meet and maintain the requirements outlined in the Glass Express Service Program Guide. This may include body shops, glass shops, and motor dealers. The guide describes the program and standards you are required to meet and maintain to be an ICBC Glass Express Service provider.
