Concussion program providers

Does your clinic provide concussion program services? Here are a few things you should know.

Early Access Concussion Recovery (EACR) Program

Effective April 1, 2026, EACR will be established as a Program falling under the ICBC Recovery Network. The EACR Program facilitates early interdisciplinary intervention and education for ICBC customers who sustained a concussion in a crash

Coming soon: The EACR Program Guide will be published to bring the EACR Program under the ICBC Recovery Network umbrella. Until that time, the EACR Pilot Program Service Funding Guidelines will continue to apply to EACR service delivery and billing.

Participate in the EACR Program

As an approved clinic in the EACR Program, you will:

• Deliver services to ICBC customers within the unique program framework
• Access the program’s specific treatment funding structure
• Submit feedback on the program

If your clinic is interested in participating, and you are already a part of the Recovery Network, please:

1. Review the EACR Pilot Program Service Funding Guidelines to ensure you meet the program requirements.
2.Complete the EACR application form.

Note: incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be reviewed.

If your clinic is interested in participating and you are not a part of the Recovery Network, please:

1. Apply for or update your ICBC Recovery Network account.
2. Review the EACR Pilot Program Service Funding Guidelines to ensure you meet the program requirements.
3. Complete the EACR application form.

ICBC Recovery Programs will review your submitted application to determine whether your clinic meets the criteria and will contact you within 5 business days.
