Labour, Education, Training and Safety (LETS)

The LETS Program is ICBC’s strategic investment in the future of the collision repair industry. This includes the Apprenticeship Support Program, which offers grants to ICBC Repair Network facilities and apprentices. These programs are designed to support the recruitment, training, and retention of apprentices and skilled technicians in the auto body, collision and automotive refinishing trades.

This support allows ICBC Collision and Commercial Network facilities to expand their apprenticeship opportunities to train the next generation of skilled workers. The result is a more resilient, highly trained workforce — one that delivers safe repairs to get customers back on the road faster.
