HCIU phones closed on November 10-11
The Health Care Inquiry Unit (HCIU) phone lines will be closed on Tuesday, November 10 and Wednesday, November 11.

Representatives will be available to take your calls again on Thursday, November 12 at 8:30am.

We are introducing a new Code of Ethics for ICBC Suppliers. It outlines the ethical standards and expectations for all ICBC suppliers and will be effective Nov 23, 2026 for members of the ICBC Recovery Network. The new document is available here.
