PINs reset in April
In April and October of each year, all registered Health Care Provider PINs are reset. If you have used your PIN to access the Health Care Provider Portal (HCPP) within the last six months, you will receive a new PIN to your PIN Management email address.
The automatic PIN reset will happen in April regardless of any manual resets done before then.
To access the HCPP, your vendor number and PIN (issued by the Health Care Inquiry Unit) is required.
Note: If you are not a member of the Recovery Network, you may receive a new PIN for access to review invoice history for service dates prior to March 30, 2025. Approved invoices will time out after 60 days. This limited access will be available until September 30, 2025, and does not grant Recovery Network status, direct billing privileges or access to update contact information with ICBC.
