Brain Injury Pilot end date
The Brain Injury Pilot runs until Sept 25, 2026. Funding for support and navigation services through the pilot is only available to ICBC customers involved in a crash on or after May 1, 2021, who present with an acquired brain injury.
Clarification on use of [email protected]
Emails received from [email protected] requires the use of "Reply" or "Reply All" for responses to be correctly directed to the ICBC employee who sent the original email.
If recipients manually type, paste, or save [email protected] to send a new message, the email will not reach an ICBC employee.
As of October 14, 2025, the Brain Injury Support and Navigation pilot program is live.
