For crashes on or after May 1, 2021

The Brain injury support and navigation pilot aims to enhance access to existing community support and navigation services for ICBC customers who suffered a brain injury because of their crash, and to provide navigation services for customers with pre-existing brain injuries who could benefit from extra supports managing their Enhanced Care claim.
