Appeals
If you don't agree with a decision or action taken by ICBC, you have the right to appeal.
As a driver training school or instructor, you can appeal any of the following actions taken by ICBC:
Refusing to issue or renew a driver training school licence
Refusing to issue or renew a driver training instructor licence
Suspending a driver training school licence or driver training instructor licence
Submit an appeal
Submit your completed appeal form and payment by mail to:
