Investigations may be conducted when a driver training school or instructor is suspected of not complying with all applicable rules, regulations or agreements.
Investigations may be triggered by:
The results of an audit or site visit
A history of non-compliance
Information or complaints from the public, driver training industry, law inforcement or ICBC
Proactive monitoring

A driver training investigator (DTI) gathers relevant information through interviews, records and other investigative tools.
What happens after?
Depending on the results of the investigation, you may face sanctions.
