Types of driver certification facilities
Before applying to become a driver certification facility, it is helpful to understand the types of facilities authorized by ICBC.
Air brake certification facility
This is a licensed driving school authorized by ICBC to conduct air brake assessments — includes 7 hours of theory and 4 hours of practical assessment.
Motorcycle skills certification facility
This is a licensed driving school authorized by ICBC to conduct motorcycle skills assessments.
